The Process
In order to complete your
task well, you have to do the following:
- Start off by going to the NE Gallery,
going to the library and surfing the net to find out more about the
important individuals who have contributed to Singapore’s development.
- Refer to your History textbook Chapter 4
to get an idea of the different individuals who have been considered as
the “The Founding Father of Singapore” by various scholars.
- Find out more about the contributions of
the individuals.
- Decide what it means to be a “founder”.
- Based on your definition, decide on who
you think is most deserving of the title, “The Founding Father of
Singapore”.
- Once you have completed your project,
remember to revisit the project and check for any errors (content and
language).
- Ensure that your work is original and
not plagiarized.
- Be sure to go through the 'evaluation'
segment and be clear about what is expected from you.
In developing your
project, take note of this:
- Do not include chunks of paragraph
because it will make the presentation very boring.
- Instead, present your arguments in short
sentences or using bullet points.
- The marks for this assignment will
contribute towards your CA1 marks.
