| We are a group of humanities teachers teaching in Singapore. Our
sole purpose of creating this website is to promote the spirit of
sharing among the humanities teachers in Singapore.
Please email us resources if you would like us to upload in this website. However, we are looking for more self-learning and interactive packages rather than notes and powerpoint slides. If you do have such resources do email to us to upload in this website. We have spent many hours developing these resources. A lot of thoughts have also gone through the packages. Some people have told us to commercialise our products and sell them to schools as this would mean making a lot of money. If we do that, the cost will either be incurred by schools or even worse by the pupils. After some thoughts of this idea, we decided not to commercialise the products. We are not in this for money. We are simply in this website creation because we love history and social studies, and want to transfer the passion for these subjects to our pupils. At the same time we want to do our part to help every educator teach less, learn more. We hope through many such small contributions, we can create a thinking schools, learning nation culture. Thus, please help us if you see abuse of this website by someone using the resources for commercial purpose. We are uploading all these resources for educational purpose only. We want to help our pupils. It does not matter which school they come from. However, continued abuse of the site would only force us to rethink what we are doing. So please help us by alerting us and boycotting anyone who abuse this website. We assure you that this website is going to have frequent updates. A lot of effort is now going to converting content into interactive resources for pupils' self learning. One package we are working on right now, allow pupils to try out short essay paragraphs on line and get immediate feedback on their performance, with answers provided.
